Perth Ice Baths was created by Richard, Duncan and Brett who are all middle aged me who think they are still 21.

But seriously our goal has been to bring the Chill Tub to the Australian market in at the highest level of certification and engineering specifications possible. Our experience with outdoor spas, building and architecture means our design and specification are second to none.

We are all avid Chill Tub users, daily CrossFit/F45/personal trainers and we know, when we get to this age, that recovery is critical. Seeing AFL players wandering around in the surf after a game tells you it works and we can attest to the healing properties and reduced inflammation in our joints.

Lastly, and this is well reported, the mental health benefits of cold plunging is another fantastic benefit. We all work full time, have families with young kids and are bouncing from work to cricket practice, to gymnastics training and a when it’s all said and done the few minutes of calm and relaxation that the Chill Tub provides certainly makes us better people.
